This is a Google Workspace admin policy — your IT administrator has restricted third-party OAuth connections. AdsWire is a verified Google application, so your admin can whitelist it in about two minutes. AdsWire uses role-based access control with three roles — Agency Admin, Account Manager, and Client Owner. Admins assign each team member to specific accounts. Account managers only see and operate the accounts assigned to them. Client owners get read-only access to their own account. Every role operates within a governance policy ceiling set by the admin.
Yes. Every account has a governance policy that defines which operations run automatically, which require your approval, and which are disabled entirely. These settings can be configured per account, per role. An account manager cannot exceed the ceiling set by the agency admin.
Yes. Every AdsWire account supports 2FA via authenticator app. We recommend enabling it — especially for agency accounts where multiple people have access to client ad data.
Yes, two ways. API tokens let you authenticate third-party scripts, dashboards, or integrations against your AdsWire workspace. Webhooks (coming soon) will let AdsWire push events to your own systems — Slack notifications, Zapier triggers, or custom dashboards — the moment something happens in your accounts.
